Makyla Werner

For Maklya Werner, being an Operations Manager goes far beyond delivering client-focused solutions and creating systemic efficiencies at Presidio Wealth Management Group. It’s a calling to lighten the load (and the mood) of everyone she encounters by utilizing her best talents. A born leader infused with integrity and a passion for service, problems aren’t problems for Makyla - they’re opportunities to educate herself on the custom needs of the client.

Makyla pairs her knack for time management and follow-through with a jocular wit to make whomever she’s working with feel like the most important person in the room. She built her proficiencies in coordinating business operations and managing diverse tasks at places like Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo before joining Presidio to bolster their mission of simplifying the complex for their clients. In addition, Makyla graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Communication.

A native of Tucson, AZ, Makyla lived in Northern California for 15 years after college before ultimately ending up in New Jersey. Having realized the connection between exercise and mental health, she has been crowned director of health & wellness at past organizations in her career and has a personal daily goal of 10k steps. On the weekends, she’s a part-time chauffeur for two exclusive clients – her son and daughter, who play lacrosse and compete in cheer competitions respectively. Maklya’s other personal passions include her husband, kitty cats, and the AZ Sun Devils!
