Debbie McMaster

Ms. McMaster started her career in the securities industry at Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy and Gardner in Woodland Hills, California. While there, she obtained her General Securities Registration license. After 3 years, she accepted an offer from Merrill Lynch as a Liaison for the Western Regions’ Municipal Bond Marketing Department in downtown Los Angeles. While at that firm she was instrumental in starting its first High Net Worth Bond Desk (HNW), a dedicated area for retail brokers servicing $1 million and up in muni bond trades and HNW municipal bond portfolio reviews.

5 years later, she transferred into the firm’s Financial Consultant Program and began building her own HNW client practice. She holds CA Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance licenses in addition to her General Securities Registration.

Her business practice works with company executives, privately held business owners and high net worth families. Wealth preservation, asset and liability management are the foundation of implementing a solid Envision Analysis leading to a well-planned investment strategy to lay a foundation for growing wealth and income. Her process includes analyzing investments and debts to help address potential areas of risk. She works closely with client’s CPAs and Estate Planning Attorneys to help deliver the benefits of a true team approach. Ms. McMaster is also experienced in transition planning for privately held business owners.

Ms. McMaster has been featured in the Orange County Business Journal on the topics of Elder Abuse and Retirement Optimism along with being interviewed by Radio talk Show Host Larry Marino on Salem LA Radio where she spoke about Retirement and Seasonal Businesses.

The office is located in Newport Beach, California. Ms. McMaster has served on several non-profit boards including Marketplace Women of Orange County, The Barnabas Group Orange County and The Calabasas Chamber of Commerce. She Co-Founded Orange County Executive Network, and started CEO Network Woodland Hills. Supporting non-profit ministries helping women and children are her main philanthropic focuses. Time away from the office can find her catching up with family and friends, along with learning photography and interior design.
